Our company has obtained the title of A- level enterprise with tax credit.
Recently, I learned from the Yingtan Municipal State Taxation Bureau that our company has become one of 64 Yingtan Municipal Tax Credit Class A taxpayers in 2016, which can be found on the official website of the Yingtan Municipal State Taxation Bureau.
What is a tax credit A- level enterprise.
A tax credit A- level enterprise refers to a taxpayer whose tax authority has passed tax registration, tax declaration, tax collection, tax inspection, invoice management, and account book management for two consecutive years (referring to the two years from the date when the tax authority accepts the taxpayer's application)., And taxpayers who have a good tax reputation and meet the following conditions:
The (I) has been in business for more than two years, and can timely handle the change registration, report the bank account number, timely handle the annual inspection and replacement;
(II) tax declaration rate of 100 per cent, accuracy rate of more than 95 per cent, taxable rate of 100 per cent, and the ability to submit tax returns, financial statements and other relevant information required by the tax authorities in accordance with the provisions of the tax authorities;
(III) has no record of tax evasion or tax resistance for two consecutive years;
(IV) has no invoice violation record for two consecutive years.
