We divide machining into the following four stages:
1. Hole after Face
For the box, bracket and connecting rod and other parts should be processed after the plane processing hole. In this way, the hole can be processed by plane positioning, the position accuracy of the plane and the hole is ensured, and the processing of the hole on the plane is convenient.
2. Machining Datum First
Parts in the processing process, as the positioning of the surface of the reference should be processed first, in order to provide a fine reference for the subsequent process of processing as soon as possible. This is called "benchmark first".
3. finishing
The finishing of the main surface (such as grinding, honing, fine grinding and rolling, etc.) should be carried out at the last stage of the process route. The surface finish after processing is above Ra0.9um, and slight collision will damage the surface. In Japan, Germany and other countries, flannel should be used for protection after finishing. It is absolutely forbidden to directly contact the workpiece with hands or other objects to avoid finishing the surface, damage due to transportation and installation between processes.
4. division processing stage
The surface with high processing quality requirements is divided into processing stages, which can generally be divided into three stages: roughing, semi-finishing and finishing.
