1. Before the machine works, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine tool for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine is faulty.
2. Maintain the correct posture at work and have sufficient spirit to cope with the work. If you find that you are unwell, you should leave your job immediately and report it to the leader. The operation must be concentrated, it is strictly forbidden to chat and cooperate with each other. The operator must not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. All employees check whether their clothing meets the job requirements before entering the job. Do not wear slippers, high heels and safety-affecting clothing, long hair to wear helmets.
3. When replacing the mold, first turn off the power supply, and after the punch movement department stops running, the mold can be installed and debugged. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel twice by hand to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the crimping ring is in a reasonable position.
4, must wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical work area, and take away the sundries on the workbench, can start the power supply to start the machine.
5. When working mechanically, it is forbidden to put your hand into the working area of the slider, and it is forbidden to take and put the workpiece by hand. Standard tools must be used when taking and placing workpieces in the die. If there is abnormal sound or machine failure, should immediately turn off the power switch for inspection. After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate the machine. Other people shall not press the electric building or step on the pedal switch board, nor shall they put their hands into the machine work area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands.
6, after work, should turn off the idle power supply, and tidy up the finished products, edge materials and sundries on the post, etc., to ensure that the working environment is clean and safe.
